All products are sourced and imported directly from our Korean headquarters.
Exclusive distribution rights in Canada.
Unauthorized resale strictly prohibited.

1. Wholesale Account & Pricing
Business Verification: Submit GST/HST # to activate
Wholesale Pricing: Visible only to verified accounts
MOQ: CAD $500 (all orders)
Orders below the minimum requirement may be subject to cancellation.
Price adjustments may occur with notice when possible.

(due to raw material or exchange rate changes)

2. Return & Refund
Unused: 30 days
Defects: Covered under 1-Year Warranty
RMA required: hello@fifthlinestudio.ca

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as FLS credit,

subject to product inspection upon return.

3. 1-Year Frame Warranty
Covered: Manufacturing defects, material fatigue (normal use)
Not Covered: Scratches, drops, improper cleaning, third-party mods
Claim: Send photos + invoice to hello@fifthlinestudio.ca
Resolution: Repair/replace within within 1-3 weeks

4. Shipping
$500+ (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph): FREE local delivery

$1,000+ (Canada): FREE – typically ships within 1–3 weeks
Under $1,000: Calculated at checkout – typically ships within 1–3 weeks
International: Extra fees + duties (buyer pays) – typically ships within 1–3 weeks
Tracking: Canada Post / Purolator

5. Discounts
1st Order ($1,000+): 20% OFF (one-time) 
2nd+ Order ($2,000+): 10% OFF

Full payment required before shipment for first orders

Once the first transaction is successfully completed,
